Brokers, what is a broker verses a finder;
In most Cities across American, a funding brokers
is a
licensed broker in their state and or other states and is bound by the laws
of each state in how they can offer a project, or selling stocks, limited
shares, and or limited certificates of membership.
A broker or brokerage house may take on the exclusive task of setting up a
call centers, handle mail outs and shop for investors on a given project.
He / She is licensed to make statements
for offers the of the production, officers, stock
issuances, or LLC certificates, receive checks and sign basic agreement.

Finders verses Brokers, what is;
A finder is a person,
(basically anyone) that mainly connects an investor to a
project.
He/She can not mention stock prices or LLC shares to investor ratios
or ROI, Return of investment, or legal matters and is basically a person that introduces projects to
potential investor or licensed brokers.
A finder should
normally take on the title of Consultant and in most cases will not receive
compensation until a project is funded. Many times a consultant may
receive film or entertainment credits, and a share of commission.

When HollywoodFunding.com works
with Brokers or Constants on individual projects they will normally have an
agreement between them.
We have a number of Consultants or
brokers that we work with on projects, and each are self employed.
Independent Reps with
HollywoodFunding.com
Some of the Consultants we work with become
independent Reps for HollywoodFunding.com and after a track record has been established the consultant and
HollywoodFunding.com may come in to agreements that the consultant will
directly help with projects and introduction.
There is a protocol that is needed when a consultant becomes an Independent
Representative with us.
A finder or broker is not allowed
to shop a deal, post a deal on a web site or take any action without permission
from Hollywoodfunding.com and or the owner of the project.
