There exists a tremendous opportunity for filmmakers,
interview host, video crews, educators and sponsors, to contribute
along with being a part of a motion picture educational tool with a
contact base that is unprecedented in our life time on a
documentary, books and DVD’s about one of the greatest woman
filmmakers of our time. A woman that was the first to achieve the
ranks of Senior Vice-President of production and post-production of
a major film studio.
This documentary and or educational series is about a highly
successful individual who has been in the film industry for over 20
years. Donna
Smith, has agreed to share her unique stories from her humble
beginnings as a file clerk who rose to the ranks for Senior
Vice-President of Production and Post-Production of Universal
Pictures, became a completion bond executive (President/CEO of
Entertainment Coalition; COO/Vice-President of Entertainment
Completions International; and President/CEO of Cinema Completions
International). Prior to these accomplishments she excelled as a
well-respected production executive for more than a dozen films
including Raging Bull, Terminator, Babe,12 Monkeys, Star
Wars, Scent of a Woman, Beethoven, Back Draft, Back to the
Future, Born on the Fourth of July, Apollo 13 and Water World and
the list goes on.
We
have now begun the interview process with key people in Donna’s
life ranging from Producers, Actors, Directors to crews and others
in her life. With such names either in the “can” or
pending such as Donna Smith, Doug Claybourne, Lance Hool,
Robert Schwartz, (Steven Spielberg), (James Cameron),
(Brad Pitt), (Robert Redford), (Sean Penn), (Jim Belushi), (Arnold
Schwarzenegger) just to mention a few. This documentary and learning
tool will appeal to audiences of all ages from all different
walks-of-life along with plans for the books and combination thereof
on a DVD with educational excerpts of all levels of Filmmaking.

Eagle Entertainment Group has begun production on the
fascinating Donna Smith story with a documentary, books and combo
book, documentary and motion picture educational DVD and web site.
We are finding that Donna’s associates in the film industry
are delighted to share their experiences with us.
An additional advantage regarding this production is that
Donna Smith is a “consulting producer” for this documentary;
therefore, with her rich experience and support, we are excited
about the high quality of this documentary.
As the documentary is evolving, we are also concurrently writing the
Donna Smith story. With
a pool of experienced writers at the helm, accompanied by fresh new
voices in the industry, we are seeing such a response from our
interviewees, that some secondary books are arising, such as The
Making of Terminator, Water World, Canine, The River Runs Wild, etc.
These books have the potential of being fascinating and
informative and will not only be entertaining, but will also be an
effective educational series.
We
are rapidly moving forward on this project and your window of
