A check list for our needs before you send your
project.
Once we have the following, we can post your project(s).
Basic procedure for placing your project on
HollywoodFunding.com.
In order to place your project on
HollywoodFunding,com, you need to have a complete package or near complete
package. If you need assistance in completing a package, we have qualified
people to assist you under
services. Rates will vary depending on your needs and the level of
expertise needed.
What we’ll need in order to post your
entertainment project::
First,
your package may be requested S-mailed to us at the address below or an address e
mail to you.
Second,
an E-mail should be sent to us, as well, with shorter needs for posting your
project on the site.
First, the S-mailed
package needs to contain.

The full project, name of project, full
budget and short or top sheet of budget.

A short version of your project and then
your full version.

Key people involved and IMBD.com links or
short bio credits
-
Location or locations of production.

Tag line. Synopsis, script.

Any needs you may have, actors’ wish
lists, producers, directors, crew and products, and further package
development.

If you’ve stated any attachments or
co-funders, send any Letter of Interest (LOIs) and/or Letters of finance
from funders (LOF) for proof of legitimacy.

Pick an option, which can be seen at
Project Placements Option two is the standard. The agreed placement
fee, the option you have chosen and its deal outline/agreement which may
prelude your package to us.

Prior to your sending your package we may
E-mail you the agreement between your company and us, along with an
Non-Disclosure (NDA) for keeping investors or contacts confidential
between you and Hollywoodfunding.com. At which time you will need to send
in the items listed above and the signed, witnessed agreement and NDA. If
need be, please cut and paste the NDA into a word program. Then adjust it
to one page.
Third,
to post your project as soon as possible, e-mail us with this in the subject
line. E.g. Subject: HF new project and (your project’s name) and in
the letter content you will need:
Our previous mails or an introductory.
The name of the project, a brief outline and the key people involved and any
needs.
Then attached to your e-mail you’ll
need:
1.
A short version of your project and then a long outline for placing
your project on the web pages, needed for the short outline & long version
as follows. An example of a short and long outline can be seen at
examples.
2.
Name of project.
3.
Key people involved and IMBD.com links or short bio credits.
4.
Estimated budget, location or locations of production.
5.
Tag line. Synopsis, scripts.
6.
Up to 3 pictures that you feel will help your project (e mail only. We do not scan
pictures mailed to us via S-mail unless we receive $150 scan and place
charges 3 picture. After that is is $75 an hour..
Please note that
certain states prohibit your package from mentioning boasting statements,
directly requesting funds from non-accredited investors and more. Please
refrain from doing so and/or please seek a qualified attorney for any legal
advice.
